Giving away the Moon!

There's a big contest and giveaway going on over on facebook, on the Leah Johnson Photography page!

I've really enjoyed all the cute faces and new people I've encountered thru the contest! Jess and I have decided to continue the giving spirit by having a giveaway each month!

I am having SOOOOO much fun with this contest, and want to thank all of you so much for participating!

I've noticed some of the contestants are neck-and-neck, and some of them are leaps ahead. Don't let that discourage anyone whose entry is falling behind, keep sharing the link to the photo on your profile.  People are on at all times of day, so post it once in the morning, noon and night. You'll be surprised what a difference it makes!

In light of all the amazing entries and the massive amount of voters, I have decided to offer a 2nd prize in each age group as well! The runner-up will win a free mini-session and cd of edited images w/print rights! That combo values at $150!

I also wanted to offer something to anyone with a certain number of votes. Below are special offers to contestants within a specific range of votes:

1-10 votes: 15% off sitting fee and prints
10-20 votes: 20% off sitting fee and prints
20-30 votes: 25% off sitting fee and prints
30-40 votes: 30% off sitting fee and prints
40-50 votes: 35% off sitting fee and prints
50-60 votes: 40% off sitting fee and prints
60-70 votes: 50% off sitting fee and prints
70-80 votes: NO SITTING FEE and 50% off prints!

I also wanted to say I may choose a few of the entrants for a special photo shoot, (a catalog-style shoot) and will email you details if I choose your child. This shoot is still in the works and I don't want to put the cart before the horse, but I am just enamoured by some of these faces and think they'd be perfect for the shoot!

Also watch for future contest, as March will be the "WINDS OF CHANGE" Contest, where we're out to change the steroetypical image of "Mom" and voting on the hottest moms around! We want pics of your favorite moms! Tell us what makes her special. We'll start taking entries March 1st and continue thru March 15th with voting going thru 3/30 and the winners announced 3/31. Winners will receive a hair and makeup makeover, full session and CD with images and print rights!

And you guessed it...ANOTHER contest going on over on the Studio page, Swoon the Moon Photography & Design, we'll be looking for bathing beauties! We want tub pics of those little stinkers (0-4) all silly and soapy. PLEASE NOTE: THE ENTRY PHOTOS MUST BE POSTABLE! Think lots of bubbles and silly hair, bubble beards, rubber duckies, etc....
I plan on having some type of fantastic and fun giveaway each month, and with a variety of prizes, not just photo services!
